RUN OF SHOW

One full day, one rhythm.

September 19 at 9 in the morning, you sit down at the table in Hub7 Studio, in the centre of Zagreb. Laptop. Hot coffee. Your idea is the first sentence you type into Claude Code.

I sit next to you every time you get stuck. We have lunch together. In the afternoon we keep going until it works. At 5 PM you walk out with a product you open and use on Monday morning.

09:00 – 09:30 · 30 MIN
Arrival, registration, welcome
Coffee, water, seasonal fruit, a small savoury snack. Laptop check, WiFi access, name tags, a bit of mingling until everyone arrives.
09:30 – 09:45 · 15 MIN
Opening and ground rules
Walkthrough of the day’s plan and expectations, a quick round-robin of who’s who (max 30 sec per person), ground rules.
09:45 – 11:30 · 1H 45MIN
MODULE 1 · What vibe coding is + installing Claude Code
A conceptual intro (max 15 min), then installation by platform. Mac: terminal, npm/Homebrew, authentication. Windows: WSL2 setup, Node.js, terminal. Hands-on technical support for anyone who gets stuck.
11:30 – 11:50 · 20 MIN
Break
Coffee, snack refill, informal networking.
11:50 – 13:35 · 1H 45MIN
MODULE 2 · Setting up your working architecture
CLAUDE.md, project structure, slash commands, hooks, MCP servers for real use cases (file system, git, web). A demo on a live project. Participants build their own architecture alongside.
13:35 – 14:30 · 55 MIN

MODULE 3 · Build your own MVP
Everyone picks a project from a predefined list or brings their own idea. Mentored work, 1-on-1 support. The goal: by the end of the module everyone has a working product, however minimal, but genuinely running.

Demo round
Everyone shows what they built in 60 seconds. Applause, a photo, energy.
16:50 – 17:00 · 10 MIN

WHO RUNS IT
Patricija Topić

AI EDUCATOR · INSTITUTE FOR ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

I take people from “I don’t get it” to “I can’t imagine working without this”. I don’t show up with slides. I sit next to you and we work until it runs.

WHAT YOU’LL BUILD

You pick your project.

Three examples earlier participants built in a single day. Come with your own idea or without one, we figure it all out together.

01 / CRM

Mini CRM

Takes in leads from your landing page, automatically writes the follow-up and reminds you when it’s time to act.

~ 3 hours to build
How does it work?

It pulls every incoming lead into a single table and automatically sorts them by type. Claude drafts the first follow-up email in your tone, sets a reminder for 3 days out and flags the warm leads. You open it in the morning and see who’s waiting on a reply and who’s already had their email.

02 / PROPOSALS

Proposal generator

Reads the client’s PDF brief and, in a few seconds, drafts the first version of a proposal in your own template.

~ 2 hours to build
How does it work?

You load the client’s brief as a PDF, Word or email. Claude reads the scope of work and drafts the first proposal in your own template, with all the pricing, in about thirty seconds. You review it, adjust the details and send. Half a day of typing turns into five minutes.

03 / REPORT

Weekly report bot

Every morning it pulls three key numbers from your Excel or Google Sheets and emails them to you.

~ 2.5 hours to build
How does it work?

It connects to your Google Sheet or Excel and every morning at 8 pulls the numbers you track. An email lands with three key figures and a short note telling you where you stand compared to last week. No more opening five tabs just to see how the day started.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

One price, the full day and everything after it.

In the room
01 – 03

1-on-1 mentoring all day
I sit next to you when you get stuck. 16 people, enough time for everyone.
Help with installation
We set up Claude Code together. Mac, Windows, Linux, all sorted by noon.
The atmosphere
04 – 06
Coffee, snacks and lunch
Morning coffee, snacks at every break, a shared lunch at Hub7 Studio.
Networking with others
15 people doing work similar to yours. Often the biggest value of the day.

After the workshop
07 – 09
Luxury goodie bag
Materials, cheatsheets, the odd surprise. Something that stays with you.
A month of support

WHAT YOU’LL NEED
01
A laptop with admin access
The password your computer asks for when you try to install a new program. We install Claude Code together at the workshop, but it won’t go without that password. If you’re using a work laptop, ask your IT department in advance.
02
A Claude Code subscription (22,50 €/mo)
You pay Anthropic directly and cancel whenever you want. You need it because Claude writes all the code through the workshop and afterwards, when you carry on by yourself.
