No Slides, No Theory Dumps. Hands-On AI Training and EU AI Act Consulting

Institute for AI

Practical AI training and EU AI Act consulting for businesses and organizations.

What we do

Institute for AI is a private educational platform based in Zagreb, Croatia. We help professionals and organizations actually adopt AI in their daily work, instead of just talking about it. No slides, no theory dumps. You bring your laptop, we work side by side, and you leave with tools you can use the next morning.

Our HANDS-ON program is a 10-hour, one-on-one practical workshop covering vibe coding, AI as a personal assistant, ChatGPT for business, and workflow automation. We also consult on EU AI Act compliance: risk assessment, AI system classification, and internal policy development.

Why EU AI Act compliance matters now

The EU AI Act entered force in August 2024. However, enforcement is phased: prohibitions applied from February 2025, and high-risk system obligations start August 2026. Therefore, organizations have a narrow window to classify their AI systems and build the required documentation.

Furthermore, penalties are substantial: up to €35 million or 7% of global turnover for the most serious violations. Moreover, the Act applies to any organization deploying AI systems in the EU market, regardless of where the company is headquartered. Consequently, international teams working with European clients cannot opt out.

Our EU AI Act consulting service helps you map AI systems currently in use, classify them by risk tier, and build the documentation that Articles 16 to 29 require for high-risk systems. Additionally, we run workshops for internal teams on responsible AI use, prompt design, and the practical limits of generative models. Thus, compliance becomes an ongoing capability, not a one-time audit.

EU AI Act consulting in detail

The EU AI Act is the first comprehensive regulatory framework for artificial intelligence, with phased enforcement starting in 2025. Our EU AI Act consulting helps your organization map which AI systems you currently use or develop, classify them by risk tier, and build the documentation that Articles 16 to 29 require for high-risk systems.

For internal teams already using AI tools daily, in sales, HR, legal, or customer service, we run focused workshops on responsible use, prompt design, and the limits of generative models. The goal is not policy theatre but real change in how the team actually works with these tools.
