That’s what the Institute for AI is for. A private platform for learning how artificial intelligence works in your job. One mentor, your real problem, AI that starts working for you. No lectures. No slides. You open your laptop, you work, and you leave with tools you start using tomorrow morning.
People who finish the workshop don’t ask “can AI help.“ They ask why they didn’t start sooner.
The founder is Patricija Topić, a doctoral researcher focused on what most people skip: how organizations actually adopt AI. She started from the same place you’re in: she knew AI could do something, but not where to begin. The Institute runs AI education for company teams and advises organizations on EU AI Act compliance: risk assessment, classification of AI systems, internal policies.

Who is behind
the Institute for AI
Patricija Topić, a doctoral researcher studying how people and organizations actually start using AI. The resistance, the mistakes, the breakthroughs. And the moment a team stops talking about AI and starts working with it.
Her job isn’t to lecture about artificial intelligence. Her job is to turn complex concepts into something you can start applying right away. And actually do.
The technical side of the program is led by a team with 20+ years of experience in software development, system architecture, and AI implementations in production. They know the difference between a demo that impresses and a system that works when no one is watching.
